1 General Provisions

12bd is an online gaming and betting platform that offers cricket betting, live casino, slots and a range of other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By accessing this platform, you confirm that you are aware of all the rules described below and agree to abide by them.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus funds will be considered void.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If any personal details change, update your account promptly. 12bd may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact 12bd support immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods are accepted for depositing and withdrawing funds on the 12bd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions via any method other than these are not supported.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable to all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, processing may take longer while an identity verification is in progress. Withdrawals are processed faster when all account information is correctly filled in.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your account is fully verified. The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. 12bd may temporarily hold any suspicious transaction for investigation.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

12bd offers new users a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• The bonus may be claimed once only.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period after the bonus is credited, the bonus may be cancelled.
• 12bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

4.4 VIP Program

The 12bd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). You can advance to a higher tier through regular play and active participation on the platform. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change.

9 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the 12bd platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other materials — is protected by 12bd's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited. Third-party games and software fall under the copyright of their respective providers.

10 Limitation of Liability

12bd is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, server downtime or internet connectivity problems. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. 12bd bears no liability for a user's own gaming decisions.
